This week, I’ll be talking about the pending home sales report.  Also, we start tracking the First Time Homebuyers tax credit. Will they extend it or terminate it? Plus we’ll talk about other real estate related tax credits as well.  

Real estate analyst Lloyd Morton will have some interesting observations for our listening area. Faith Scwartz from the Hope Now Alliance will talk about the latest foreclosure and loan modification data. Plus Tim Hefty, CPA, will give some final First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit advice.

The Case Shiller 20 City Composite provided us with hope of recovery, but what will the August data show next month? I will provide a peek ahead.
