My guests for this week’s show are: John Collins Rudolf, a freelance business reporter, who will tell us a great story about a woman’s ordeal with Wells Fargo, loan modification, and a bankruptcy judge.

Last year there were 2.3 million foreclosure filings and yet only 33% actually made it all the way to the end. Why? Kate Berry, a reporter for the newspaper American Banker, will tell us why banks are so slow to foreclose.

So, are real estate values recovering as the latest reports indicate or is there more to the story? I’ll sprinkle clues throughout the show and in the final segment, reveal what two real estate tracking firms have to say about future values. And, I’ll add a real estate value prediction of a famed banking analyst as well.
